If courier repair is accepted for your case, the device must be packed carefully and sent only after the request details are confirmed.

Confirm first

Do not send a device before the service request is reviewed and the shipping details are confirmed.

The sender is responsible for safe packaging. Use strong protection, padding and a box suitable for transport.

Courier transport is handled by the courier. Damage caused by poor packaging or transport conditions is not service warranty.
